All divers must fill out new release forms at the beginning of the year. If you haven't already done so click HERE for the youth forms. Adult forms can be found HERE. All forms can be found under "Handbook". Forms should be turned in to Joe by January 15, 2012

Winter Schedule

Lessons: 5:30 to 6:30 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

 

Olympic Garden: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:15 to 6:45. Dryland will be at the beginning of practice on Monday and Wednesday. On Fridays the divers will be in the water first, then in dryland from 6:15 to 6:45.

 

Bronze (3 days), Silver (4 days) and Gold divers (6 days): Practice Monday-Thursday is from 4-6:30, Fridays 4-6:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 1:00. All of these practices begin in dryland
